At DealDock, we specialize in quality-checked open-box and overstock items. Due to the nature of our inventory, all sales are subject to the conditions outlined below. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.
Eligible Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery or pickup under the following circumstances:

The item has a verified functional defect or technical issue

The item was not as described in the product listing

The item arrived damaged during shipping

A major component listed as included is missing
To qualify for a return:

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item

Clear photo or video evidence must be provided

The item must be returned in the same condition it was received

All originally included accessories must be returned
Non-Eligible Returns
Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:

Minor cosmetic wear consistent with the listed condition grade
(Like New / Good / Used) -
Items marked Final Sale or As-Is

Clearance items (unless defective upon arrival)

Damage caused after delivery or pickup

Missing accessories that were not included at time of sale
Returns due to change of mind or buyer’s remorse are not accepted unless approved at our discretion.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the listed condition and product description.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is defective or incorrect:

Provide your order number and supporting photos/videos

Possible resolutions may include:

Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

GTA Pickup Orders
For local pickup orders:

Items must be inspected at the time of pickup

Once accepted and taken, the item is considered delivered

Returns after pickup are subject to the same eligibility rules above
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has shipped or been picked up, it cannot be cancelled.
