Thank you for shopping with DealDock. We specialize in quality-checked open-box and overstock merchandise with limited inventory. Please review our shipping policy below.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped

DealDock reserves the right to delay shipment for fraud verification if necessary.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Ontario: 1–4 business days

  • Other Canadian provinces: 7-14 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.


GTA Local Pickup

We offer local pickup for customers in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

  • Pickup instructions will be sent via email after purchase

  • Valid order confirmation is required at pickup

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect items at pickup

Once an item has been picked up and accepted, it is considered delivered.


Tracking Information

Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

DealDock is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If you believe your package is lost, please contact us within 48 hours.


Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Retain all original packaging until the claim is reviewed

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in claim denial.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment


Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failure to accept delivery

  • Refusal of delivery

The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and restocking fees (if applicable).


International Shipping

At this time, we ship within Canada only.
International shipping may be offered in the future.
