GTA Local Pickup
We offer local pickup for customers in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Pickup instructions will be sent via email after purchase

Valid order confirmation is required at pickup

Customers are encouraged to inspect items at pickup
Once an item has been picked up and accepted, it is considered delivered.
Tracking Information
Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

If you believe your package is lost, please contact us within 48 hours.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged:

Retain all original packaging until the claim is reviewed
Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in claim denial.
Incorrect Address
