DealDock specializes in open-box, overstock, and condition-graded merchandise.

All items are sold under clearly stated condition categories:

  • Like New

  • Good

  • Used

  • As-Is

Product descriptions and photos are provided to the best of our knowledge.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the listed condition and item details.

Minor cosmetic wear consistent with the stated condition does not constitute a defect.

Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Inventory is limited and may sell out quickly.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors or stock discrepancies.

If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.

Orders & Payments

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders

  • Request additional verification for high-risk transactions

  • Limit quantities per customer

Shipping & Pickup

Shipping times are estimates and may vary.

For GTA pickup orders:

  • Customers are responsible for inspecting items at pickup.

  • Once accepted and picked up, items are considered delivered.

DealDock is not responsible for carrier delays or damages once the package is marked delivered.

Returns & Refunds

All returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns due to change of mind or buyer’s remorse are not accepted unless approved at our discretion.

Items marked Final Sale or As-Is are non-returnable.

Limitation of Liability

DealDock shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Product misuse or improper handling after delivery

  • Manufacturer defects not covered under our stated policy

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

Fraud & Abuse
